Why is the government allowing intentional poisoning via F-S-C?

Two questions really... 1) Why is the government allowing or perpetrating the use of a substance similar to carpet glue to be added to cig-are-ettes? 2) Why are any questions either on yahoo answers or other websites like youtube being pulled? I had to put spaces between the "oh no" words just to get this ******* question submitted... what is going on in this so-called free country?
