Jbj 3 gallon picotope and coral?

I currently have a 3 gallon jbj picotope. IT has 5.5 pounds live rock and 5 pounds of live sand. Im usuing all the stock equipment which is the 40gph filter and 9 watt half and half light. I am keeping ricordea mushrooms, regular mushrooms, several types of zoanthids, star polyps, and a kenya tree. I really want some montipora caps and a birdsnest frag. Would i be able to have these two sps corals under these conditions and stock light? All the corals wil be transferred into my 55 gallon tank after the corals grow.
