Are the so called big 4 now just clubs in decline?

good Q you have the attention of the bottom feeders. i love it m4rky is a loyal fan and most of the time can be unbiased in his opinion. but i love the Man City and others will not break that click at the top...lol they are just scared any of them that fall out will find it very hard to get back in. the Top four became just that with the extra places and money for CL. and other teams have not been able to break that hold. if one does they have spent so much money getting there they end up selling everyoine. I am a man City fan and hope they do well this season. I would love them to break the top fours hold but that may take another year but who knows it may happen.
