Signs of preeclampsia?

This is my first pregnancy and I am 38 weeks and whenever I get blood pressure checked it is always normal and I have no swelling. But I had horrible morning sickness in my 1st trimester and it wore off and now I feel like its back, got sick 3 times in last week, and while I am getting sick I will rinse off my face, open my eyes and see wiggly spots. I also will have horrible stomach pains when I try to get up from laying or sitting down. I dont see my doctor until Tuesday and wonder if I should wait til then to tell her (today is Saturday).
