I DONT GET THIS GIRL- help?

Ok, so I have known this girl for a while, I went through all four years of high school with her being "more or less best friends". I always wanted more than that but she never liked me like that (if it has anything to do with it-FYI: back in the day I used to be a bigger boy but recently hit the gym so I am looking way better and getting bigger lol). Oh and by the way I am in college now, I go to school in Fl but she is still in high school (senoir) in CO. So a couple months ago she started texting me and saying she wanted to see me really bad when I came back, and saying how this guy she had just broke up with was such a jerk. (Not to metion she ditched me for this guy when I came back way early in first semseter, but you got to understand this girl is a bombshell- amazaing drop dead gourgeos so that why I guess why I keep talkin to her). Anyway she started to say like she liked me and wanted to marry me and sayin i was the guy for her( keep in mind we were like best of friends) and then when I came back she would hang out with me but it wouldnt go past that because we never hung out alone). So basically come to find outshe totaly led me on and began dating some guy, I pretty much told her she was a ***** and i didn't want to talk to her. I hadnt talked to her until now again( by the way recently she broke up with that other dude she blew me off for). You've got to understad Ive been ingoreing her for like 2 months but she has been blowing up my phone and facebook nonstop, and trying to call me a bunch. She says she just wants to be my friend nd that she wants to figure things out. But What do you guys think I should do? Help, suggestions?
