Why is it an abortion is a right and driving a car is only a privilege?

seems to me there is quite a big difference between the two,i know the bill of rights give protection against unwarranted search and seizures while traveling the country,but it doesn't even contain the word abortion any where.,,,sorry spelling B:s and grammar slammers there isn't much to pick at here
