Youtube isn't uploading my videos?!?

I upload them with the uploader, but when it goes to the screen that it uses to connect and upload, (the swirly thing that says "Please wait" and such) but it never goes anywhere else. I have uploaded one video and it did just fine, but now when I try to upload another (that is only about 7 minutes long) it doesn't work. I've waited and waited, even for over 48 hours, and Youtube still won't work. I feel like I'm the only one with this problem!
