LOTS of crows poo at my job site?

haha damn! i'm sorry i lol'ed when i read this, i mean not at you just the birds being so mean and how they make it hard for you. Well what about asking the people if you can put scare crows ( more than 1 so they can feel threated) up just for the night? and like you said use an umbrella or a rain coat, and put your shoes in plastic bags and wrap it around your ankle. Best thing i can suggest from the top of my head.
