I have food allergies. Advice on how to get more fiber in my diet?

What you eliminated because of allergies brings vegetables to mind. Fresh ones are probably best because canned ones may (possibly) have been manufactured in a factory that cans sweet potatos as well. Beans, broccoli, artichokes spinach and peas are the best sources overall, and none are on your list.
