17 year old big bro 'touches' me at night?

i've kinda have the same situation, but my bro does it 'cause it bugs me A LOT. yea, i think you should just get a restraining order or somethin', that's just wrong, and (i'm not sure) illegal. ual harrment? idk, but yea, if your parents or counsellor won't do anythin' to help then just get cops involved.
